So Sad

So, for the past week or so, my painting (the one I last posted about) has been in an art show at my school. Yesterday, it was all taken down. So, I go to art class today and ask my teacher if I could take my piece home. Of course he said yes (it's not like he's going to keep me from taking home my art). After school I go to the class to colect my art. We go into the back room and search through all the paintings (I tell ya, there are a lot of paintings back there!) and finally come upon mine. I bring it out and guess what I saw. There was (and still is) a huge (okay, not that big) scratch/gash in it!! I was like WHAT HAPPEND TO MY PAINTING??!?!??!!! Oh, I was not very happy. When you look at it now, the first thing you notice isn't that it's a nice piece, it's that there's a big blank spot right in the middle of it. If you would run your hand over it, there's no way you could miss that there's an indent in it. So, now I have to wait for next class to fix it, which is on Tuesday. I have no idea how I'm going to get rid of that indent never mind mixing the exact same colour that got chiped off. Errrrr....

you could try that wood stuff that they use on trading spaces to fill in the nail holes then paint over it maybe

it's fixed!! YAYYYYY!!!

Okay, so I might have exagerated a tad bit on how big the scratch really was. But I painted over it and it left this texture that you could definatly see from standing back. So, we put some sort of past on it to fill the hole and now all is good!!
